Pregnancy stretch marks..?

So I'm just wondering .. I was 120 pounds.. Went up to 170 .. Only got a few stretch marks.. I went back down to 140.. Since my skin did all that stretching am I less likely to get stretch marks when I'm pregnant? My mom got stretch marks but she was 5
