Solutions for severe stretch marks…?

I have severe stretch marks on my stomach. The lotions/ creams don't work. I have been using Palmers. After baby is born and my body returns to normal I was wondering what other remedies there are to reduce the appearance of the stretch marks? Any laser treatments, dermatologist treatments, tanning, spray tanning? Anyone have any tips?
